V Paige PaceV. Paige Pace, Founding Partner of Pace & Associates, P.C., has been Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1990. Her legal ability rating by Martindale-Hubbell is AV or “very high to preeminent”. She has successfully tried cases to jury verdict in many areas of civil litigation, including health care liability, premises liability, transportation and trucking accidents, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, property damage cases and worker’s compensation. She has also participated in numerous construction arbitration proceedings. In addition, Ms. Pace has represented individuals and corporations in insurance coverage, products liability and employment matters. Prior to beginning her practice with law firms, Ms. Pace was a Briefing Attorney for Justice Robert M. Campbell of the Supreme Court of Texas in 1984-85. She is a frequent lecturer in continuing legal education programs on a variety of legal topics and has served as a visiting instructor in trial advocacy programs at the University of Texas School of Law and South Texas College of Law. She is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas Litigation, Tort and Compensation, and Insurance sections. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Tort and Insurance Practice Group of the Dallas Bar Association. She served as District Director of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel from 2000-2004. Ms. Pace is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Ms. Pace received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas Christian University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence, Cum Laude, from South Texas College of Law. In law school, she was a member of the National Championship Team at the Craven National Invitational Moot Court Tournament in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and the Championship Team for the State Moot Court Competitions in 1983 and 1984. In 1984, she was named Best Oralist in the New York Entertainment / Communication Moot Court Competition and was a recipient of the George T. Barrow Award in 1984. Ms. Pace is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts and the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of U.S. District Courts of Texas. |
